Terms of Service

A study is either self-serve (you supply your own structured input, and generate a synthesis report on demand) or a panel study (a curated external panel of senior marketing and creative leaders responds within 48 hours). Pricing for each is shown at the point of purchase. Payment is processed via Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Self-serve studies let you add structured responses yourself, or generate a shareable link that lets anyone you invite submit one structured response without creating an account. You are solely responsible for how you obtain and distribute that link, including obtaining any consent required from people you invite before sharing it with them. We collect no name, email, or other identifying information from anyone who responds via a shared link — only the label they choose to give themselves and their structured response.

A shared link is reusable by anyone who holds it. Do not publish a study link publicly if you intend the study to reflect only your own invited contacts' views — treat it the same as you would a private survey link.

Your self-serve studies, responses, and reports are visible only to your own account.

For a panel study, your question is answered by panel members matched to your study. Panel dispatch and selection are not automatic — we review and select panelists per study. Responses are synthesised into a report; individual panelist identities are never disclosed to you, only role and company type.

If you apply and are accepted as a panel member, you agree to respond in good faith, using your own genuine professional experience, to studies matched to you. You are paid per accepted response via Stripe Connect. We may decline to accept a response that does not meet the platform's structured-input requirements, or that we reasonably believe is not a genuine, good-faith answer.

If a panel study fails to reach the minimum response threshold within the stated window, you receive a full credit or refund. Self-serve studies are non-refundable once purchased, since generating a report is entirely within your own control and does not depend on any third party.

Do not use the platform, including shared invite links, to collect data unlawfully, to harass or deceive respondents, or in a way that breaches any other person's rights. We may suspend an account or disable a study's invite link if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Reports are AI-synthesised analysis of the structured input provided and are not a substitute for your own professional judgement. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report, or for the accuracy of input you or your invited respondents provide.
